Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PBD

The Global Clean Energy Portfolio ETF (PBD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 249,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 39,000.  Shares of PBD were up about 3.1% on the day.
